Rye 2 ½ oz
Red, dry, white vermouth 1 oz
Lemon twist garnish
Stir well with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
Variation: To make Dry Manhattan use French vermouth. To make a Regular Manhattan substitute sweet red vermouth for French vermouth and garnish with a cherry. To make Sweet Manhattan substitute French vermouth for dry vermouth and garnish with a cherry.
