Angel’s Kiss

Serves 1
White or Dark Crème de Cacao ½ oz
Sloe Gin ½ oz
Brandy ½ oz
Sweet Cream ½ oz

Preparation:
Very slowly, pour the ingredients one by one down the side of a stirring rod or teaspoon into a pousse café or cordial glass, being careful not to let them combine. You should achieve a striped effect. Serve.
